Codebit was present at the 3rd edition of the SAB CIO FSI 2026, an Immersion of IT Leaders from the Financial Sector, held between August 5 and 7 at the Resort Terras Altas, in Itapecerica da Serra (SP). The event, promoted by EBDI, gathered directors and superintendents of technology, infrastructure, security, and fraud prevention from financial institutions and insurers across the country to discuss the simultaneous challenges of AI governance, infrastructure redesign, and ROI justification that currently pressure CIOs in the sector.
On the 6th, a day dedicated to data, modern engineering, and artificial intelligence-assisted development, Codebit's CEO, Heitor Cunha, took the stage to present a lecture on automation as a driver of productivity for technology teams. In the presentation, Heitor discussed how well-structured automation practices can enable teams to operate today with the level of efficiency and technological maturity expected only in 2028, anticipating productivity gains that would normally take years to consolidate.
"Our goal was to show the path that teams need to follow to make a productivity leap, starting to operate as if they were in 2028. This is what we discussed with IT leaders in the financial sector: how to compress this time now", says Heitor Cunha, CEO of Codebit.
Codebit's technology manager, Ítalo Ferreira, was also present at the event, following the discussions on the main technological challenges in the financial sector and strengthening Codebit's relationship with IT leadership from financial institutions and insurance companies.

Participation in SAB CIO FSI 2026 reinforces Codebit's positioning as a strategic partner for financial institutions in their technological modernization journey, bringing together data, engineering, and artificial intelligence to accelerate business results.
