The World Economic Forum estimates that 39% of workers' current skills are expected to change or become obsolete by 2030, while technological skills and competencies like analytical thinking, creativity, resilience, and flexibility gain ground.

By 2027, the main advantage may be to keep learning
The 11.8 million professionals who, according to SENAI, will need to go through training and development processes by 2027 do not represent a prediction that these people will lose their jobs. The number reveals something broader: the skills needed to work are changing, and a significant portion of those already in the market will need to keep up with this transformation.
Technology will continue to alter processes, tools, and roles. Some activities will be automated, others will gain new stages, and new professions will emerge from these changes. In this scenario, education completed at the beginning of a career may no longer be sufficient to keep up with all the transformations that will arise over the years.
This does not mean that accumulated experience has lost value. On the contrary: business knowledge, problem-solving ability, and practical experience continue to be important differentiators.
