This Wednesday, October 21, Codebit officially launched CodeEye, its artificial intelligence for monitoring and property security, during Seg Summit 2026. The event, held at Distrito Anhembi in São Paulo, is considered one of the country's leading ecosystems for electronic security, property security, and facilities—the right stage to present a proposal that changes the sector's logic: moving away from the passive model and shifting toward prevention.
To show in practice how AI can transform security, the CodeEye booth featured illusionist Cláudio Grassi. Throughout the day, he performed several magic acts that reflect the product's premise, reinforcing that preventive security also depends on seeing what most people fail to notice.
The space also featured a raffle for a brand-new Echo Dot, giveaways, and mascots, in addition to the presence of four brand representatives who were ready to demonstrate how CodeEye works and answer questions.
The problem CodeEye solves
In the traditional model, the camera records and the alarm sounds, but none of this prevents anything. By the time someone discovers what happened, the event has already taken place. The response is always late, and the recording merely serves to assess the damage.
CodeEye reverses this order. Instead of finding out what happened by watching a recording, it alerts to suspicious activities before the act is carried out. People, behaviors, extended loitering, unusual movements, and situations that warrant attention are identified and reported in real time.
When the system detects suspicious loitering or movement in a restricted area, it triggers sirens, lights, and notifications on registered devices, all within 1 or 2 seconds. The solution also adapts to the routine of each establishment to distinguish what is normal from what truly requires attention.
The result is active surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, powered by an AI that doesn't tire, doesn't sleep, and lets nothing go unnoticed.
The major differentiator
CodeEye integrates with any existing camera system. "There is no need to replace equipment or overhaul the infrastructure. The AI connects to the cameras the site already has, turning the current Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system into a defense that acts in real time," comments Heitor Cunha, CEO of Codebit.
Regarded as a low-investment innovation, CodeEye was designed for retail businesses, condominiums, and companies looking for preventive protection without a complete equipment replacement project.
With the official launch and Black Friday approaching, the solution features plans starting at R$ 250 per month, free installation, and other special terms valid until 11/30/2026. Visit the official website
