2023 was a year of many challenges, but, as usual, our team passed with flying colors.
Throughout these almost finished 365 days, we expanded our business base, brought new talents to add to the team, achieved new certifications, and developed many social actions. We grew as professionals but, especially, as human beings.
We faced adversities with resilience and turned difficulties into opportunities and learning.
Our results were not only quantitative, but also qualitative - which is even more important.
Today, we want to share with you some of the many achievements that this year has provided us.

22 new coders!

We believe that success is a collective achievement, and it occurs when each member of a team contributes their talent and effort towards a common goal.
Therefore, to meet all the goals and objectives of 2023 and serve our clients with the agility and attention they deserve, we added 22 new coders to our team!
Our new talents arrived to strengthen our human capital and expand the quality of our work. We know how brilliantly they are fulfilling this mission!

Social actions

Far resources beyond metrics, we understand that success is also the sum of the positive impact that an organization is able to offer to the community.
In 2023, we fought against social inequality and actively participated in several social actions.

Check out some of them below:

Food baskets and warm clothing drive:

We allocated about 10 food baskets to families in vulnerable situations.
We also contributed to the 2023 Winter Warmth Campaign, collecting and distributing over 100 clothing items to warm the hearts of homeless families during the coldest months.

Volunteering action

Our team embraced the volunteer spirit by participating in the Festa di San Gennaro, a charity feast promoted by APAE of Franca, aiming to raise funds for the institution.
Our Coders shared their time, skills, and engaged significantly in the event.

Donation

We also donated an industrial washing machine to the Eliana Justino Nursing Home, providing a more welcoming and comfortable environment for the residents.

Christmas social campaign

As the end of the year arrived, we gathered our efforts to bring joy to underprivileged children, collecting and donating toys during the festive season. With the goal of multiplying smiles and building good memories, we spread the message of solidarity and love.

We know that small gestures can have a big impact, and actions like these reinforce that our commitment to the dignity and well-being of the population goes far beyond theory or corporate practices.

Certifications:

We at CodeBit are partners of AWS (Amazon Web Services), the market leader, which develops cloud services considered the safest in the world and offers a wide range of solutions targeting infrastructure, platforms, and software as a service.
AWS proposes a series of competencies to ensure that associated companies have mastery over the practices adopted and develop the necessary skills to perform processes.
We understand the value of this partnership and honor our commitment to constantly qualify our team and adapt our business models to increase our collaborative representativeness and acquire new knowledge about best practices.
We were already qualified with NPO (Nonprofit Services Competence) - Nonprofit Services Competence, Solution Provider - Solution Provider, Public Sector - Public Sector, Amazon RDS Delivery - Amazon RDS Delivery, Public Sector Solution Provider - Public Sector Solution Provider, and, in 2023, we added another certification: Education.

The latest AWS competence achieved is a certification that recognizes the skills demonstrated by partners who help customers design, build, and deliver cloud learning solutions based on Amazon Web Services.
The badge is targeted at technology and consulting companies that provide training and consulting services in cloud education for organizations wishing to optimize the effectiveness of their training and education solutions.

With this competency, we prove our expertise in cloud-based training and education solutions, as well as learning (e-Learning) solutions, virtual training, virtual classrooms, and learning management systems.

And it doesn't stop there! Our team of talent ends 2023 on a high note, after earning several AWS certifications, such as Cloud Practitioner, DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Security, and Database.

These certifications also reflect our collective commitment to the constant pursuit of knowledge.
With a culture of continuous learning, we know we can face the challenges of the future and continue to innovate and thrive!

Expansion of operations!

In 2023, we at CodeBit also wrote a new chapter in our journey and expanded our operations to the United States.
The initiative was driven by our strategic partnership with AWS (Amazon Web Services), the leader in the cloud services market.
More than bringing technology solutions to the USA, our purpose is to share lessons learned in Brazil, offering valuable insights and best practices that can boost projects with social impact around the world.
Crossing borders represents much more than geographic growth and also intensifies our commitment to excellence, innovation, and social impact on a global scale.

With so many achievements and challenges overcome, we finish 2023 with a sense of duty fulfilled and a huge feeling of gratitude. We take this opportunity to thank all clients, partners, and employees, you are a fundamental part of our growth.
