4.3 Additionally, all accesses and actions of CodeBit employees on the Platform are recorded by three tools: (i) the SGM (Maintenance Management System), where all occurrences on the Platform and user contacts are registered for historical and action-tracking purposes; (ii) RD Station, which records the capture of all leads; (iii) mailing codebit, an email dispatch tool where activities are registered in the system. CodeBit uses these tools to monitor employee actions and store service history and traceability.
4.4 CodeBit recommends that Users keep their Platform access passwords strictly confidential, avoiding disclosure to third parties.
4.5 In the event of a suspected breach of personal data, CodeBit undertakes to notify the Users who may have been affected and track all activities carried out in the last period since the last suspicion.
